The Main Mission of Administration is to Maintain Efficient Hierarchy and Continuously Develop Inter-Company Synergies. The Objectives of Administrative Divisions are to promptly Provide the Necessary Resources and Support for the Production Departments, to Better Serve Pressing Demands.

Procurement for Various Projects is the responsibility of the Procurement Management, resting in the hands of the Head Office together as well as a Centralized Data Base meant to Serve the Projects all over the Company. The Main Objective of a Procurement Plan is to Meet the Project Milestone Dates and have the Services and Material on Site in a Timely Manner through Rigorous Expediting and Frequent Tracking Projects' Materials.
